Sago Palm Trees aren’t actually palms at all but look very similar (thus the name). Sago Palms are members of the cycad family of plants and have been present on Earth since the times of dinosaurs! Some Sago Palms grow to be about 15 feet tall, while others reach only 8 or so feet.

Sago Palms also vary in that some have long trunks, and others have squat, short trunks. These trunks may be completely covered by Sago Palm Foliage, making these a versatile choice for landscaping.
